BMS WooShoo – Terms of Service

Effective Date: 1st September 2025

BMS WooShoo is a martial arts activity centre providing classes and training programmes for children, teens, and adults. These Terms of Service explain how we provide our services, including communications and membership arrangements.

  1. SMS Messaging Service

When you opt in via our website or forms, you agree to receive SMS messages from us. These may include:

  • Class information and reminders
  • Opportunities to register for programmes
  • Responses to your enquiries
  • Occasional marketing messages or special offers (only with your consent)

Opting Out:

  • You may cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP.
  • After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • To rejoin, simply sign up again.

Important Notices:

  • Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
  • Message frequency varies.
  1. Membership & Fees
  • Tuition fees are payable monthly in advance.
  • Tuition continues during school holidays (we only close on Bank Holidays and during Christmas).
  • Grading fees are charged separately and are payable upon participation.
  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • One month’s written notice is required to end membership.
  1. Safety & Conduct
  • Martial arts involves physical activity; participation is at your own risk.
  • Please inform instructors of any medical conditions before training.
  • Respectful conduct is required at all times; BMS WooShoo reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership in cases of serious misconduct.
